Portuguese Norwegian Chamber of Commerce

The Portuguese Norwegian Chamber of Commerce is a modern market-led organisation active in both Portugal and Norway, promoting and supporting two-way business initiatives in all sectors.
It offers it's members practical help which includes identifying key contacts, introductions, research, marketing and planning, as well as advice about press relations and marketing.

Membership in our Chamber will represent the broad spectrum of Chamber activity - spanning multinationals, medium size enterprises and small associate groups or partnerships in property, construction, tourism, finance, law, renewable energy, maritime industry, seafood and specialist services.
Our main objective is to act as an umbrella organisation in Norway promoting Portugal as an important European business partner for Norwegian businesses.

We will organise events in Norway and Portugal, including conferences, business and industry sector seminars, networking receptions, representation at exhibitions, high profile lunches and dinners.

Members will receive regular information about Portugal and Chamber activities via email, Facebook and our website. The Portuguese Chamber also enjoys a special relationship with Norway and are working closely with the Portuguese Embassy to promote the needs and interests of its members.

Our Honorary President is the Ambassador of Portugal to Norway, Sra Clara Nunes dos Santos, who offers her support by giving the Chamber office space in the Embassy in central London.
The Chamber is also a member of Câmera de Commércio e Indústria Portuguesa, CCIP.

The Chamber is a limited company and  is directed by its Council, which meets 4 times per year.  The Council has delegated the day to day running of the Chamber to the President, Evy Ougendal. She has a base in both countries.
